  • Lead a number of efforts that successfully improved the efficiency of the Applications Development Team through the use of processes and tools
  • Worked as a technical leader on a major initiative in which the core functionality of our application was redesigned (Windows 2000, SQL Server 2000, COM+, Visual Basic 6, MSXML 4.0, IIS, ASP)

    Description: Online Corp was a company recognized internationally for its online business. It undetook an initiative to redesign the technology they used to support their customer managment system.
  • Led a team that strategically extracted business rules from the existing application
